Fairtex

Fairtex Registered as a trademark in Thailand in 1958, Fairtex was built by Philip Wong, who came to Thailand from China as a young boy and fell in love with Muay Thai. The company formally began manufacturing equipment in 1971 and produced its first boxing gloves in 1994. It has since become one of the most recognized Thai combat sports brands globally and serves as the official gloves partner of ONE Championship. The BGV1 is their best-selling glove, known for a compact "tight-fit" hand compartment, three-layer foam padding, and genuine leather construction. Fairtex gloves run snugger than Twins Special and require a break-in period of 10-15 sessions before they fully mold to your hand. Once broken in, they hold their shape for years. The brand also offers the BGV14 in premium microfiber for fighters who want a lighter, sweat-resistant alternative to leather. Beyond equipment, Fairtex operates the well-known Fairtex Training Center in Pattaya, where fighters from around the world train. That direct connection between the gym and the product line means the gear is tested in-house before it reaches consumers. The product range covers boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and kickboxing. Pricing sits in the mid-range, offering strong value for the build quality. Best known for: Compact, durable Thai-made gloves with a tight fit and deep Muay Thai heritage Country: Thailand Price tier: Mid-Range
